“View is what makes this resort worthwhile. The rooms are nice and ours was updated. Huge piece of advice go to Publix and buy some eggs and bagels and make your own breakfast especially since there’s a kitchen in the rooms. The breakfast included is not worth your time. The restaurant where it’s served is very old and unkept and smelled very bad. There was one person taking orders, making food, and serving food. Condizionatore non funzionante per filtro sporco.Capelli nel letto e sul cuscino, alla reception, con disappunto, mi hanno consegnato una federa invitandomi a cambiarmela senza nessuna scusa. Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “We arrived at 2 pm, check-in was at 4, but Bella said that our room was already ready! We had room 117 which came with a screened in lanai, very nice. Kitchen had a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove and microwave. Our stay was only 3 nights, but very nice.”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

“Unfortunately, the whole time we were here we were ready to not be in the room because of the state of it. It had very clearly not been swept or mopped out in the bedroom and bathroom area (there was hair and food pieces all over the floor) and they forgot to leave us towels and soap. I think there wasn’t soap or towels because the room hadn’t been actually cleaned yet. The air conditioning was fantastic and parking right outside the room is nice.
